Return Policy

All returns must be made within 21 days for a full merchandise refund or exchange. All returns must be complete, unopened and in its original packaging. Expired items are not returnable. Unsalable merchandise due to improper storage, spoiling or damaged packaging is not returnable. Caregivers Health Mart will pay return shipping costs only if returned items were shipped in error, damaged or defective.

Please Note: Customers must retain a return authorization number from Caregivers Health Mart for any returned merchandise. To obtain your return authorization number use the "Contact Us" link. Provide your order and item for a return authorization number. A return authorization number is only valid for 14 days from the issue date.

Delivery

Most orders are shipped within 2 days. A representative from Caregivers Health Mart will advise of shipping delays for special orders. Please use the "Contact Us" link if you have questions about your order.

Local pick-up must be pre-arranged, e-mail store for pick-up options.

Internet Customers can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Sales Tax

Georgia Customers Only: A 6.00% GA State sales tax will be applied to all taxable merchandise. At this time, no sales tax will be charged to orders delivered outside of the state of Georgia.
